1. Land: The land with land use right shall be leveled off base on natural height level and the roads , the pipes of running water , rain water drainage ,wastewater drainage , steam and the lines of power , telecommunication shall be connected to the border of the land before it is transferred to investors .

    2. Roads: The highways in chessboard-like transportation network can lead to almost every piece of industrial land in CND . The road elevation is 4.5 meters (For 100-year flood prevention : 4 meters), and the trunk lines with 4～6 lanes are 24 or 60 meters wide .

    3. Power Supply: If required, circuits power substations with the frequency of 50 Hz, 10 thousand volts, 35 thousand volts , 110 thousand volts or 220 thousand volts can be constructed . There are six 220 KV and twenty-two 110 KV power substations in CND.

    4. Water Supply: The daily water supply in Changzhou reaches 1.55 million tons. CND has rich water resources: the running water is from the Yangtze River and the daily water supply in this district is 360 thousand tons .

    5. Rain Drainage: Drainpipes and pumping stations have been built to drain rainwater into rivers.

    6. Sewage Treatment: There are two sewage plants in CND with the daily wastewater treatment capacity of 150 thousand tons and 100 thousand tons respectively.

    7. Natural Gas: Low, medium and high-pressure pipelines are used in the gas distribution network in CND. LPG is also available in the District.

    8. Steam Supply: The capacity of steam supply is over 150 tons/hour.

   9. Telecommunication: There are 250,000 program-controlled telephone sets and broadband network is available.

    10. Standard Factory Workshop: Various types of standard workshops are available for foreign investors to rent or purchase.

    11. Environment Protection: CND has established an ISO 14001 environment-oriented management system which is authorized by SEPA.

    12. Quality Standards Of Environment Protection: Please refer to “Environment Protection” with regard to green coverage, wastewater , noise and air , etc .

    13. Fire Protection: There are 5 firefighting stations in CND. A fire department at Hohai Zhonglu Road is a safety agency protecting the people who reside in CND . They give emphasis to all aspects of life safety. This includes fire prevention, firefighting, hazardous materials mitigation , and disaster response , etc . The professionally trained fire fighting team have 5 fire engines equipped with various of high and medium-pressure pumps , air apparatus , breathing apparatus , breakdown device , gas and heat-proof equipment , etc . and can promise to provide the aid when in need .
